Customer cancellation
If cancellation is available, request it as early as possible before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return policy may instead apply.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is invalid or unsupported, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a material technical or pricing error is discovered.
Refund after cancellation
Where a prepaid order is validly cancelled, any approved amount will be initiated for refund through the applicable payment channel. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
