Accepted payments
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may change based on gateway availability, transaction risk checks or service conditions.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Failed or pending payment
A bank debit does not always mean an order was successfully confirmed. If payment is shown as failed or pending, do not rely only on the debit notification; check the order confirmation or contact support with the transaction details.
Duplicate debit
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact support with the transaction references. Verified duplicate payments will be handled through the applicable payment provider or refund process.
Payment security
Payment providers may use their own authentication, fraud-prevention and security controls. Never share OTPs, PINs or payment passwords with anyone claiming to be customer support.
